I hate to start drama or pick a fight with someone on social media.
Even so, there are some things I need to get off my chest.
If this offends you, I’m sorry. But I need to stick up for my people just as you would for your own.
Even though my business has accomplished so much, we can still be put in this box where our results are overshadowed because not everyone on my team is fluent in English, American-born, or living in the States.
Despite how we prove ourselves, people can still see us as “other” or “less than.”
In this episode of Success Tank, I talk about the good, the bad, and the ugly of running a business with an international team in a world where oppression is still real.
I share my stance as an immigrant myself, roadblocks my team comes up against, and a look behind the curtain into some struggles we encounter.
If I’ve made you angry already, this episode probably isn’t for you.
But if you want to hear my honest perspective and experiences, let me know your thoughts in the comments below.

Does getting paid to travel, eat, and enjoy yourself sound too good to be true?
If you think getting a free meal at a restaurant, a fully-paid stay at a hotel, or even plane tickets is only possible for extremely successful influencers, think again my friend.
While a humongous following can help you get things for free, having millions of followers is NOT a requirement if you follow my steps outlined in this episode of Success Tank.
To give you a taste of what I’m talking about, here is a brief rundown of how you can get freebies like you never thought possible:
- Communicate how giving you something for free will give them a long-term payoff
- Assess risk vs. possible profit for both yourself and the other person
- Think resourcefully and harness the power of being the middleman

It’s time to get real.
We all compare. We all make the mistake of only seeing how green the grass is on the other side. We all forget we can’t see the rough patches or weeds from our side of the fence.
In this episode of Success Tank, I come clean about why I haven’t been present lately and what’s been going down behind-the-scenes with my business.
Everyone has their own failures and struggles in their lives and work. Success isn’t the absence of problems. In reality, success is being able to keep pushing forward.
Business is more than sales. It’s handling risks, team leadership, internal performance, and more.
So my people, let’s all turn our rough patches into come-backs.

What if you only had 3 months to figure out how to be “successful?” How would you spend your time?
In this episode of Success Tank I sit down with Rachel Wymount. Rachel started a business when she was 22 and grew it to a successful 7-figures, only to have it crash down on her around the same time as she was getting married.
On her honeymoon she decided she would give herself 3 months to start over. Otherwise she’d have to get a normal job.
Luckily for her, she figured out what she needed to do pretty quickly. In her first month she started from nothing and ended with more than $50K...just from Instagram.
During our conversation she reveals HOW she did it, and how you follow the same process to get started today too.
Welcome to the Success Tank.
